To start, there’s a clarification of Tip No 7, which included the warning that the Rule Book’s list of those ineligible to compete includes this entry:
“A member serving as a judge at any level for a contest in which the member is still competing"
It was asked if this rule applies to Chief Judges as well
The answer is Yes, it does
